Accessibility at ClubTitan

Grassroots clubs are run by volunteers and followed by whole families — grandparents, parents at a rainy pitch, and children reading at their own level. ClubTitan is built so it works for all of them. We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA across the platform, and in several places we go further.

It follows your device

Dark mode, higher contrast, larger text and reduced motion all follow your device's own settings automatically — on the web, in the app, and on club websites. You don't have to set anything twice.

And you can choose

Signed in, Settings → Appearance & accessibility lets you pick theme, text size, contrast and motion once — your choice syncs to every device you use. On any club website, the Auto / Light / Dark control by the footer works without an account. Your personal choice always wins over a club's default.

Built in, not bolted on

• Colour never carries meaning alone — labels and shapes always accompany it.
• Screen-reader landmarks, labelled controls and logical heading order throughout.
• Touch targets sized for thumbs (and gloves at a cold pitch).
• Sound is off by default and never the only signal when you turn it on.
• Club colours get readable text automatically, whatever the club picks.

Where we're honest about limits

Embedded maps render with their provider's styling; some older PDF documents clubs upload may not be tagged for screen readers. We're working through both.
