The free core

Registration and membership, payments, availability and team selection, matchday, club-wide messaging, your club website, and migration in from your current platform — all included, for every club, at £0 a month. Nothing essential sits behind a paywall, and in the off-season, when nothing is happening, you pay nothing at all.

The 0.72%, honestly

When a parent or member pays the club through ClubTitan, the card processor (Stripe) charges its standard processing fee, and ClubTitan adds 0.72% on top. That 0.72% is how the platform is funded.

For context: Pitchero’s packages run £418–£1,089 a year, and their card fee sits on top of that. With the money going straight to the club’s own account — the same way ours works — their dearest package costs Stripe’s 1.5% + 20p plus Pitchero’s 1.1%, about 2.6% + 20p; their free package adds 3.3%, nearer 4.8%. They do offer a cheaper 2.2% route, but it runs the club’s money through a managed account that holds a £100 balance, pays out on set days only and can take up to seven days to clear (verified from their published fees, July 2026). Ours is one rate on every package, paid straight to the club.

The premium website

Every club can add the premium website for £14.99 a month — and it’s free when your club takes £2,000 or more a month through payments. An active club routing its subs and fees through ClubTitan never pays for it. If you want your own domain, you buy it from the registrar directly — we add no markup.
